I’ve always wanted to try this @jolieskinco filtered shower head and I’m so glad I own one now!

I let my hair totally air dry and it’s WAY less frizzy than it normally is. Can’t wait to see the improvement on my skin too! Pregnancy and postpartum has been tough on my hair and skin so to say I’m excited is an understatement 🥹🚿🔧

Brb while I cry over her growing so fast. Girlfriend is loving her straw cup more and more everyday. She gets excited when she sees us fill it up 🥹😭

Starting a huge transition and milestone that isn’t talked about enough. We’re going from exclusively using formula to whole milk in the next week.

After lots of research and consulting with some pediatric dietitians, we’re taking a gradual approach. So 1-2 days of increasing milk mixed with her formula until the bottle is all whole milk. We typically only give her 6oz bottles but upping it to 8oz makes the measuring a little bit easier.

In the future we’ll start giving her more cheese, yogurt and other dairy products so she isn’t over consuming on milk either.

INGREDIENTS
- 4 eggs
- 2 ripe banana
- 4 strawberries
- @primalpalate @littlepalates cinnamon apple blend

HOW TO
- cut up strawberries into bite sized pieces. You can also mash them but Olivia likes some texture.
- mash banana then add in strawberries and spices.
- coat a pan with oil (we love avocado oil) and cook for about 2 minutes on each side.

My FAV way to refresh my hair. I do this in between washes or if I go to bed with my hair wet. It takes me 7 minutes and it’s crazy how much better I feel with my hair blown out 😂
