I’ve always been super confident about what I was doing, making quick decisions and knowing it was always right. When I became a mom, I lost a lot of that. I struggled with Postpartum Depression & Anxiety, I hated breastfeeding, and I felt like I was living an out of body experience.

I was having a lot of fun when my daughter started eating solids, cooking fun food for her and really seeing through all of the postpartum fog. That six month mark was huge for me in realizing that I actually do know what I’m doing and I’m an amazing mom.
