Another day, another pancake recipe 🥞🍠 ING Another day, another pancake recipe 🥞🍠 

INGREDIENTS 
- 2 large sweet potatoes or 4-5 small ones 
- 2 eggs 
- splash of liquid (milk, breast milk, water)
- cinnamon seasoning (we use @littlepalates)
- oats (we use a mix from @traderjoes)

HOW TO:
- steam your sweet potatoes however is easiest for you. I like to chop into small pieces and add to a pan with water for about 10 minutes. 
- add steamed sweet potato, eggs, milk, cinnamon and 3-4 tablespoons of oats to a blender. BLEND! 
- heat pan to medium heat. Add oil and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Totally fine if they’re a little gooey! You just want them to be able to flip. 

That’s it! Another easy recipe. We put them in a stack of 3, wrap and freeze for easy meal access.

It’s the little things 🥹🤍 she’s been obs It’s the little things 🥹🤍 she’s been obsessed with the washer and dryer lately. She’ll run over and say “Open Close” and then say “up” so we can bring her eye level with the dryer. I just love these little moments.

These are SO good and I could’ve eaten 4 of them These are SO good and I could’ve eaten 4 of them. 

INGREDIENTS
- 1 yellow onion
- 1lb ground chicken 
- seasoning for burger (we use @traderjoes onion salt)
- brioche buns 
- toppings for burger (we used jalapeño but you could do avocado, lettuce, tomato, anything you like!)
- fries. Because obvi. We did tater tot’s and fries from @wholefoods 

HOW TO
- first things first, cut your onions. You can dice but I like to slice. Add to a medium-heat pan with avocado oil. Cover and let cook for about 3-4 minutes. 
- while onions are starting to cook, start your fries. We use the @ninjakitchen foodie. Cook your fries according to the package. 
- Once fries are cooking, check on your onions. Give them a little toss then put the lid back on. 
- Add your ground chicken to a bowl and mix in seasonings. Form into a large meatball and flatten out. Then add to a well oiled medium-heat pan. 
- after all Pattie’s are on the pan, go back to your onions. They should just about be done by now. Put into a separate bowl for serving. 
- flip your burgers, add cheese of choice on top and cover with lid for 2-3 minutes. 
- toast your buns on the pan you were cooking your onions on since it’s already hot. Should only take 1-2 minutes. 
- once burgers are cooked all the way through, serve! Add your toppings and ENJOY ✨

Cook time start to finish is 30 minutes here! All about multitasking and learning to time it all right. It’s totally possible!

- @primalpalate @littlepalates cinnamon apple blend

HOW TO
- mash banana then add in egg, blueberries and spices.
- coat a pan with oil (we love avocado oil) and cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
That’s it! Store in the fridge for 3 days or freezer for 3 months!

Lola barking (per usual), lots of staring at the washer, cuddles in my robe, Liv being in 20 places at once, my cutie husband.
An easy 20 minute meal!! And you’ll for sure hav An easy 20 minute meal!! And you’ll for sure have leftovers 🍝 

INGREDIENTS
- chicken sausage (we like TJ’s)
- pasta of choice (we go for @eatbanza)
- pasta sauce (love @raoshomemade)
- one zucchini 

HOW TO
- start by getting your water on the stove. While it’s heating up to boil, chop your chicken sausage and zucchini. 
- add your zucchini to an oiled pan and add any seasonings you’d like. By this time your water should be boiling so add in your pasta to cook! 
- after 2-3 minutes of zucchini cooking, add in your chicken sausage. Cover and let cook for 3-5 minutes. 
- add your sauce to the pan and let cook for an additional minute or two. 
- for the pasta we use, once it’s boiled rinse with cold water. Then add to your sauce. Let cook in there for a few minutes, too with Parmesan cheese and that’s it! 

Also toddler or baby led weaning friendly! Cut the sausage and zucchini according to your baby’s age or omit completely. An easy way to get a dinner in for the family!

Beeeeef and broccoli! Did this perspective a lit Beeeeef and broccoli! 

Did this perspective a little different and shot it all at once instead of stopping and doing invidious clips. Took a total of 25 minutes from start to finish! 

INGREDIENTS
- 1lb shaved beef or beef of your choice 
- one white onion 
- broccoli (I used a steam in bag type to make it easy)
- sauce of choice (w love @traderjoes soyaki)
- rice 
- green onion 
- garlic (I used maybe 2tbsp)

HOW TO
- start by cooking your rice so it will be ready when you’re done cooking the meat! Add your meat to a bowl and let it marinate in sauce of choice while you cut your onions. 
- add cut onions and garlic to a well oiled pan. Let cook for about 3-4 minutes until the onions are translucent and smells fragrant. 
- put your broccoli in the microwave according to cooking directions. 
- add your meat and white of the green onion to the pan and let cook for about 5 minutes. These are thin pieces so they cook quick! 
- add in cooked broccoli, give a nice stir, add more sauce if necessary and that’s it! 
- serve over your rice and enjoy!

These are very toddler friendly and can be BLW friendly too! 

INGREDIENTS
- 1 zucchini 
- 1lb ground chicken
- 1 egg
- handful of cheese 

HOW TO
- chop or shred your zucchini based on your child’s age (@solidstarts is a great resource for this) and put into a bowl. Add in your ground chicken, cheese, egg and seasoning of your choice (we use @littlepalates since they’re salt and sugar free)
- mix mix mix all together!
- heat a pan with oil of your choice. Use a cookie scoop to make meatballs and place on hot pan. Let cook with lid on for about 3-4 minutes then flip and cover again. 
- make sure they’re fully cooked then serve! 

We like to freeze these to always have some available for lunches or a quick dinner. Hope your littles enjoy!
